TO  REGISTER:

·         Please register online at smittyspac.com. Once you login and create a family account, scheduling of all our programs will be available to view.  Instructors days and times will be available, along with all accounting information.

Tuition

·         A full payment for the session must be received before the student begins lessons, and to hold your requested time slot.  Payments may be submitted through our line program or by cash or check.

·         Tuition and associated fees are nonrefundable or nontransferable.  If a student drops out of the private lesson for more than 30 days, they are inactive and must officially re-register and pay the registration fee.

·         Tuition is not affected by the holidays.  S.P.A.C. will be closed the following weeks:

ü  Thanksgiving Break- November 21-27

ü  Christmas Break - December 19-January 8

ü  Spring Break - March 5- 11

ü  Easter Break - April 16- 21

Injury Liability

·         Parents, legal guardians of minor students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on studio property resulting from normal dance activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after class.

Sing In

·         Students are required to sign in at the front office before going to their lesson.

Missed Classes/Make-Ups

·         If your child cannot make his or her schedule lesson time, you must notify the office (not the teacher) at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a make-up lesson time.  We will only offer (1) make up for a session. All other missed lessons will not be offered a make-up time.

Add/Withdrawal

·         Should it become necessary to discontinue lessons for any reason, ad Add/Withdrawal From must be signed and submitted within 15 days of the responding month that the student will no longer be taking lessons.  Tuition charges will continue to incur otherwise, regardless of attendance.  Add/Withdrawal forms are available in our main office.

Photographs

·         Smitty's is hereby granted permission to take photographs of the student for promotional materials.  Permission is also herby granted for S.P.A.C. to copyright such photographs in its name.
